The vegetation period and the vintner's skills allow the grapes to reach their physiological ripeness. We make sure that in each of the stages of vinification the fruit is treated with the utmost gentleness. Because quality grows in the vineyard. The white wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at precisely controlled temperatures. That way the slow fermentation provides the best development of all aromas.
The red wine must is fermented in sealed stainless steel tanks as well. After the alcoholic fermentation the malolactic fermentation takes place in the small or in the large wood barrels.
Careful vinification, maturation in the wood barrels and cleanliness are the mottos in our winery.
